iPhone 4: 1.7 million in first four days
This year the Apple figures just get stageringer and stageringer. After four days of sale, more than 1.7 million of the new phones have been sold - including pre orders, of course. According to Mac World, who have a good calculator to hand, this represents 6.5 phones every second since Thursday morning.
This impressive figure does not include the MacFilos order. I'm reluctant to place an order because the waiting list is three weeks and I shall be abroad when it arrives. I've reluctantly decided I'll either wait until August or try to get one in Greece during the summer. In the meantime, I'm fidgeting and waiting to see my first 4 in the wild. I shall turn the other cheek.
